A native of Rennes, DJ Netik begins at age 14 to focus on the turntables. Earliness and dexterity already indelible impression at parties and other benefits on Rennes. In 1997, at the age of 15, he participated in a battle at the show mix. He won the competition and acquire a Vestax mixer he covets. His 1998 mix-tape "Your DJ will crack-er" knows a good critical acclaim. Then, in 2001, the title of World Champion Battle for World Supremacy DMC does find a much wider audience. At 19, he imposed his superiority, originality and work. 

This historic title opens many doors: many small adored benefits Rennes and big scenes like Energ 'Hip-hop in Nantes or Transmusicales in Rennes, where he shared the stage with La Caution, Aesop Rock, Cannibal Ox and Belgian DJ Lefto & ID.
